1️⃣ What Threadwise Is

🪡 Courses — one-time digital purchases with lifetime access

📅 Club — monthly subscription, cancel anytime

🤖 AI Tools — including Threadwise Studio and Mockup Generator

🎨 Digital Downloads — illustrations, patterns, templates

2️⃣ Who Can Join

Anyone can join. If you are under 18, you need guardian permission. You confirm you are legally allowed to purchase where you live.

3️⃣ Payments & Billing

💳 Payments via Stripe or PayPal

📚 Courses: one-time payment, immediate access

📅 Club: monthly billing, cancel anytime. Access remains until the end of the current paid period

🔖 Discounts remain only while subscription is active. If you cancel, old rates are not reinstated

💶 Prices are shown exclusive of VAT and similar taxes. See “Taxes & Invoicing” for details

4️⃣ Club Trial Offer (Promotions)

🎟️ Limited trial offers (e.g., €1 for 7 days) may be available

⏱️ After the trial, membership auto-converts to standard pricing unless cancelled before trial end

🧾 By starting a trial, you authorize both the trial payment and subsequent subscription charges until you cancel

🧹 Cancel during trial = no further charge. If you don’t, fees are non-refundable

🔁 One trial per person/company/payment method/device/IP

➕ Not combinable with other discounts unless explicitly stated

🌍 Regional pricing or fees from your bank may apply; checkout price is final

🛑 I may withdraw or change trials at any time

5️⃣ Digital Downloads & Licensing

✅ You may use purchased illustrations, patterns, and templates in your projects or business

❌ You may not resell, share, gift, or redistribute the original files

📌 Violations may result in revoked access without refund

6️⃣ Threadwise AI Tools (Studio & Mockup Generator)

📥 Inputs: You confirm you own or have full rights to everything you upload. Uploading infringing or illegal content is your responsibility

🖼️ Outputs: Results are generated by AI. They are unpredictable, may vary in style, realism, or quality, and may contain detectable AI imprints. AI content may not be legally protectable — if someone copies it, I cannot enforce rights for you

🎲 “Lottery” nature: AI generations are trial-and-error. Multiple attempts may be needed to get usable results. No outcome is guaranteed

🗑️ Storage: Inputs/outputs are processed temporarily and cannot be retrieved later

⚖️ Compliance: Some platforms/laws require disclosure that content is AI-generated. You are responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction

💸 Credits: No refunds on credits. Start small if you are testing. If you do not like the results, stop using the service and return to manual methods. Dissatisfaction with creative results does not qualify for a refund

🚫 No Guarantees: I provide access to the tool only. I do not guarantee specific results and I am not liable for outputs you receive

7️⃣ Respect the Work

✅ Use what you learn here to create and sell your own products

❌ Do not resell lessons, share logins, or present my teaching as your own

🚫 Do not copy other members’ work or identity

8️⃣ No Promises

No guarantees of results, income, or outcomes. This is not legal, financial, or business advice. You are responsible for how you apply the material.

9️⃣ Platforms & Privacy

Threadwise runs on third-party providers (platform, payments, hosting, analytics/ads where consented). See the Privacy Policy for details.

🔟 Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting me first may result in suspension or termination of access and loss of discounts/bonuses.

1️⃣1️⃣ Changes

Terms may be updated. Continued use means you accept the latest version.

1️⃣2️⃣ International Customers (Outside EU/EEA)

Important: Threadwise is operated from Norway under Norwegian/EU law. When you buy from outside the EU/EEA (US, Canada, UK, Australia, etc.) these rules apply:

⚖️ Law: Governed by Norwegian/EU law. Your mandatory consumer rights still apply

🖼️ AI outputs “as is”: No promises of accuracy, style, or usability. Dissatisfaction with creative results is not a defect

💡 Liability cap: Maximum liability = what you paid in the last 90 days. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

📥 Your responsibilities: own rights to inputs, don’t upload infringing content, handle AI disclosure, accept temporary storage, accept possible outages

🔐 IP/license: You keep rights to your inputs. You get rights to use outputs. You grant me a limited license to process for operation/security/legal compliance

💶 Taxes/fees: Currency conversion or cross-border fees from your bank are your responsibility

🛑 Chargebacks: Contact support first. Abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension

🇺🇸 US note: Purchases are on an as-is basis, no warranties. Disputes must be brought individually unless prohibited by state law

🇬🇧🇨🇦🇦🇺 Australia/Canada/UK note: Nothing here removes your non-excludable statutory rights. Remedies are limited to the minimum permitted by law

🌍 Export/sanctions compliance: You confirm you are not in a restricted territory or subject to sanctions

✂️ Severability: If any part is unlawful where you live, the rest still applies

1️⃣3️⃣ Taxes & Invoicing (EU and International)

🧾 All prices shown are exclusive of VAT and similar taxes

🇳🇴 Norway base: Threadwise is operated from Norway. For sales to customers outside Norway, I do not act as a VAT collector. Invoices for such sales are issued without Norwegian VAT

🇪🇺 EU buyers: When you record the purchase in your business, you are responsible for any VAT obligations in your country (e.g., self-assessment, reverse charge, or local reporting). I do not charge or remit EU VAT on these sales

🌐 Non-EU buyers: You are responsible for any local taxes, GST, sales/use tax, or digital service taxes in your jurisdiction

🏷️ Checkout price: The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay to me. Any later tax accounting is your responsibility with your authority

📮 Invoices: Invoices are issued with my Norwegian details. If you need specific business fields, contact support promptly
