Threadwise Return & Refund Policy
1️⃣ What This Policy Covers
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold under the Threadwise brand, including:
- 🤖 Threadwise Studio - credits and fast pass options for AI product photos and creative tools
- 🎓 Occasional courses, workshops and trainings (when offered)
- 🎨 Digital downloads such as patterns, templates or illustration packs
All products are digital and access usually starts immediately after purchase.
2️⃣ Standard Rule - Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Because Threadwise products are digital content with immediate access, they are generally non-refundable once delivered.
- 🤖 Threadwise Studio credit packs and fast pass options
- 🎓 Courses, replays and paid workshops (when offered)
- 🎨 Digital downloads (patterns, templates, illustration packs, etc.)
By completing your purchase and starting access, you agree that your right to withdraw from digital content under EU/EEA consumer rules ends once the download or access begins, except where a specific guarantee is explicitly stated for that offer.
3️⃣ Special 30-Day Money-Back Offers (Studio)
From time to time, Threadwise Studio credits may be sold on a specific landing page with a clearly marked “30-day money-back guarantee”. This section applies only to those offers.
- The guarantee applies only to the purchase and product where it is explicitly offered on the landing page.
- To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact me within 30 days of purchase and include your order email and any relevant details.

If a refund is approved under this guarantee:
- access to Studio and any remaining credits from that purchase may be revoked or reduced, and
- you agree to stop using all images generated with credits covered by that refunded purchase for commercial purposes or to present your brand (for example: listings, ads, website, social media branding).
- I cannot technically delete files already downloaded to your devices, but by accepting the refund you confirm that you will not continue to use those refunded images commercially.
If a Studio offer does not explicitly mention a 30-day money-back guarantee on its landing page, then the standard non-refundable rule applies.
4️⃣ Flags & Credit-Level Refunds (Studio)
Threadwise Studio includes a flag feature for cases where a generation is clearly broken or makes no physical sense. This section covers credit-level goodwill refunds, not refunds of money.
4.1 When Flag-Based Credit Refunds May Be Considered
- the main product is completely changed into something else
- the image clearly does not make real-life physical sense (for example: a child growing out of the ground, impossible twisted body or objects)
- you asked for a clear, simple property (for example: “pink”) and the result is consistently something entirely different (for example: “green”), not just a slightly different shade
4.2 What Normally Does Not Qualify
- “I don’t like it”, “this is not my style”, or personal taste
- text distortions (text is still a current limitation of AI)
- small artefacts or slight pattern distortions that do not destroy the product display
- pose differences (for example: facing slightly to the side instead of directly at the camera)
- product bigger or smaller than you hoped (you can use the edit feature to adjust)
4.3 Goodwill, Not a Right
- The flag feature is a goodwill tool. It does not create any automatic legal right to a refund. Each case is reviewed manually.
- I may refund the credits used for that generation, decline the refund, or give a short explanation in your Studio dashboard.
- Flag decisions do not include refunding the original payment. They only relate to restoring credits inside Studio.
- Typical review time is up to 14 days from when you flag the image.
5️⃣ Billing Errors & Technical Problems
In a few situations, a partial or full refund of your payment may be appropriate:
- you were charged twice for the same purchase (double payment)
- a clear checkout or system malfunction caused a wrong amount to be charged

long-term technical issues fully blocking access to what you bought, where:
- the issue is clearly on my side or with my providers, and
- it cannot be resolved within a reasonable time after you contact support.
In these cases, email me with your order number, payment ID and a description of the problem so I can investigate. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method.
6️⃣ Subscriptions
At the moment, Threadwise is focused on one-time purchases such as Studio credits and occasional digital products. If subscription products (for example: memberships) are reintroduced in the future, the refund rules for those subscriptions will be explained clearly on their sales pages and updated here.
7️⃣ Refund Timelines
- Credit-level decisions (flags inside Studio): usually reviewed within up to 14 days after you flag a generation.
- Approved payment refunds: once initiated, they may take up to 14 business days to show on your statement, depending on Stripe, PayPal or your bank.
8️⃣ Chargebacks
If you are unhappy or something looks wrong, please email me first. Many issues can be solved faster and more fairly this way.
Filing a chargeback with your bank or PayPal without contacting me first may result in:
- temporary suspension or permanent termination of your access to Threadwise products
- loss of bonuses, discounts or special pricing attached to your account

This Policy works together with the Terms & Conditions. If there is a conflict, the specific terms shown on your checkout or landing page and the Terms & Conditions normally take priority.
