1️⃣ Digital Products & Courses
When you buy a digital product, course, or join the club, you get access immediately — which means I can’t revoke what you’ve downloaded, watched, or saved. Because of that, I don’t offer refunds on digital content or memberships. Please make sure before you buy — I try to describe everything clearly up front.
If you ever feel stuck, confused, or disappointed with something you purchased, send me a message. I’ll always try to help — even if a refund isn’t possible.
2️⃣ Club Memberships (Subscription Terms)
Threadwise Club is a subscription. You’ll keep access as long as you’re subscribed.
🗓 If you cancel, you won’t be charged again — and your access will end when the current paid period runs out.
❗ If you subscribed with a discount (like Early Bird or Founders), that lower price only applies while your subscription stays active. Once cancelled, it’s gone — and can’t be reinstated later.
3️⃣ Physical Products
You can return physical products purchased on my site within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they’re unused and in original condition.
📦 Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
✉️ If something arrived damaged or not as expected, let me know — I’ll fix it.

4️⃣ Exceptions
In rare cases — like double payments, checkout errors, or a genuine technical problem — I may offer a refund. Just reach out and explain what happened. I always aim to be fair.
