1️⃣ Digital Products (No Refunds)

All Threadwise offerings are digital: courses, memberships, AI tools, illustrations, patterns, templates, and other downloads. Access starts immediately after purchase or download. Under EU rules for digital content and due to instant access, all digital products are non-refundable.

By purchasing, you agree you cannot cancel or request a refund once access/download has begun.

2️⃣ Use of Downloads

✅ Use in your own creative or commercial projects
❌ No resale, sharing, gifting, uploading, or redistribution of the original files

3️⃣ Subscriptions

Active until you cancel
No charges after cancellation
Access remains until the end of the current paid period
Discounted pricing ends on cancellation and is not reinstated

No refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.

4️⃣ Refund Exceptions

Double payment or billing error
Technical issues preventing access that cannot be fixed in reasonable time
Checkout/system malfunctions

Email proof (order number, payment ID) to investigate. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5️⃣ Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear depending on Stripe, PayPal, or your bank.

6️⃣ Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting me first may result in access suspension/termination and loss of discounts/bonuses. Email first to resolve faster and fairly.
