Plain-language privacy info for Courses, Club, AI tools, and downloads.

• Identity & contact: name, email
• Account: login, access status, support messages
• Purchases: product, price, timestamps, billing status
• Payments: handled by Stripe/PayPal (I do not see full card data)
• Usage: pages viewed, device info, approximate location, referrals
• Marketing/analytics: Meta and Google Analytics events if you consent
• AI processing: uploaded inputs and outputs only for temporary processing

• Directly from you (sign-ups, purchases, uploads)
• Automatically via cookies/SDKs (consent-based where required)
• From service providers (payment confirmations, analytics events)

• Contract: provide access and support
• Legal obligation: tax/accounting, fraud prevention

No data selling. No sharing for others’ marketing. Legal disclosures only when required.

• Inputs: you must own rights; quality in affects quality out
• Outputs: full rights to you; outputs may be machine-detectable as AI
• Storage: not retained after processing
• AI disclosure: you must follow platform/jurisdiction rules

8️⃣ Transfers

When data leaves your country, I use GDPR safeguards (e.g., DP Framework or SCCs).

9️⃣ Retention

• Account/course/Club data: while active
• Billing records: per law (typically 5–10 years)
• AI inputs/outputs: not retained
